Return Policy

NewMomStuff.com is committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that the item you ordered doesn't fit, or isn't the right style or color you were looking for, you may return it within 10 days from the purchase date of your order. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days from the purchase date of your order. Items returned will qualify for store credit only. Any product returned later than 10 days following the original purchase date will be sent back to the customer.

All items marked as “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only.

This RA Must be written on th outside of the returning package in order for it to be accepted. If there is no RA number on the outside of the returning package, the package will get rejected and sent back to you and the return will not be
completed.

Returns and exchanges on regularly priced items will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn, altered, dry cleaned or washed. All tags must be attached and in the condition in which they were received.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and NewMomStuff.com does not cover the cost of return shipping. For this reason we strongly suggest that you are 100% certain about your items before you purchase. NewMomStuff.com also encourages you to insure all items that are returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your item, we will exchange your item or issue you a refund to the credit card you used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days of receipt. Please note that the credit or refund may take up to one full billing cycle to appear on your statement. We can only credit the card you used for the purchase. Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between December 10th and December 23rd must be postmarked by January 7th in order to qualify for store credit or exchange. This applies to all non-clearance items only. Please follow the instructions above to assure that your returns will be processed promptly.
